Abiding by the recent Covid-19 restrictions for public health, Celine’s Rose provides a totally safe environment for its visitors.
More specifically, a carefully designed plan to effectively deal with possible positive cases, in collaboration with the local Thassos Health Center services will always be at guests disposal. Furthermore, a medical kit is always available at the reception desk.
The new check-out time will be till 12:00pm, and the check in will be available at any time from 12:00 pm to 14:00 pm. This ensures proper sterilization and natural ventilation of each room and will help us to avoid congestion at the reception area.
Payment method during accommodation : Payment via contactless card will be preferred. Electronic receipts issued will be preferably sent to the personal mail of the customer.

Staff
Properly trained staff follow health and safety protocols, advising guests accordingly. There is, therefore, constant guidance about the necessary social distances and the use of personal protection measures, as well as monitoring and support of the visitors’ health condition.
Public spaces
- Public areas are cleaned with special care.
- Services offered minimizing contact at the most.
- Hand sanitizers, regularly renewed, are placed in specific areas.
- All areas are regularly ventilated.
- Toilets in public areas are cleaned frequently, with separate equipment for each unit.
- Disposable gloves are used to clean toilets in public areas.
Housekeeping
- Cleaning staff uses masks and disposable gloves.
- Proper cleaning and adequate room ventilation is applied among consecutive reservations
- Upon cleaning service request, guests are informed to leave the room before cleaning staff arrives in order to avoid congestion.
- Fabric surfaces are cleaned with a steam device.
- Doors and windows are opened daily for natural ventilation.
Pool
- There is a certified chemical cleaning and disinfection system.
- The pool safety supervisor confirms the number of visitors inside the pool in accordance with the law.
- Distance among sun beds is in accordance to the legislation.
- Sun beds are disinfected using a disinfectant solution after each use.
- All hotel guests, before using the pool, must take a shower according to the covid19 safety protocol.
- Each customer is obliged to use their personal towel on the sunbeds.
- Reservations for sunbeds are not possible.
